EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, information technology or related field, or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years hands-on software development and management in software development environments.
- In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, systems design, database systems, programming techniques and technical documentation.
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and project methodology tools.
- Insurance IT background
- Strong knowledge of Oracle, PeopleSoft and Hyperion
