This is a key position in a growing agency that is seeking a Customer Service Manager with the ability to supervise and motivate a team of csr's and underwriters. Qualified candidate will have insurance and commercial marine experience.  Will be responsible for overseeing the process, documents and procedures. Must be comfortable building relationships, identifying risk and knowing the commercial marine markets to be the go to person. Must have a sense of urgency to motivate staff and get the work done quickly.  Will consider someone with a carrier, wholesale or agency background.
