We're hiring a mid-level IT Support Resource - fully remote, but candidates must be local to the St. Pete/Tampa area for occasional on-site needs as needed. This role handles day-to-day support for remote users:
Tier 1 help desk (password resets, access issues, basic troubleshooting), user provisioning/deprovisioning, endpoint support, M365 assistance, and ticket queue management. Over time, the role grows into Tier 2 troubleshooting, endpoint management, VPN/connectivity support, and exposure to SOC 2 compliance processes.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of help desk or desktop support experience, solid Windows troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with M365, basic networking, and ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, etc.). Intune or JAMF exposure is a plus. We're looking for someone reliable, responsive, organized, and eager to grow.
